Update from Sandra

It is with mixed emotions that I’m letting you all know that I’ve decided to

leave my practice after 16 years. I’ve decided to hand over the care of

the practice and the patients to Dr Isla Gilmore and Dr Lukas Fern. Dr

Megan de Lambert will be joining as an associate GP. Your enrolment

stays here with the practice and I have complete faith in the ability of the

Drs Gilmore, Fern and de Lambert to look after your health needs.

Some of you I have known for longer than 16 years. I started working for

Dr Wim Sheldon at Lincoln Road Medical Centre when my youngest son

was 6 months old and he is now almost 26.

After working at Lincoln Rd for several years doing locum work I

purchased Dr Paul Davies’ practice in 2009.

In 2015 we all moved to Cashmere Medical Practice – my sincere

thanks for taking this journey with me.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time in the practice and it’s been fantastic to

have the opportunity to care for you and help you with your health and

sometimes other needs in your life journey.

Some of you are aware that I recently had a significant decade birthday.

In my next decade I am going to continue to do locum work here and in

Christchurch but my most important wish is to spend more time with

family and pursuing some lost interests.

I’m very excited about moving to Auckland for a short period to help care

for my new granddaughter.

My last day of clinical work is Thursday 27th March.

I sincerely wish you all the best and feel free to contact me over the next

few weeks and to conclude any outstanding items with me.
